Account & Data Deletion Policy
At Parwazio, we respect your privacy and data sovereignty in accordance with GCC Data Protection regulations, Apple App Store Guidelines, and Google Play Store policies. You have the right to permanently purge your account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Takes under 30 seconds and processes immediately.
- Sign in to your Parwazio account on mobile or web.
- Navigate to Dashboard → Settings.
- Scroll down to the 'Permanently delete account' section.
- Click 'Delete account', type DELETE to confirm, and submit.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the mobile app or cannot log in, you may request account deletion by emailing our Data Protection Team directly from your registered email address:
privacy@parwazio.com
Please include 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line. Requests are verified and processed within 24 hours.
