We collect only what the platform needs to work for you: • Account data: name, email, securely stored password. • Career data: your CV, work history, skills, preferences, tracker entries, uploads. • Talent pool data: only if you opt in, and only the fields you choose to show. Contact details stay hidden until you share them. • AI chats: your questions and the responses, used to run and improve the feature. • Usage and cookies: pages and features used, for login sessions, preferences, and basic analytics.
To run your account, CV builder, tracker, guides, tools, talent pool, listings, and AI features; to improve Parwazio; to contact you about your account; and to keep the platform secure. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the service, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Talent pool visibility is entirely opt-in and you can withdraw anytime.
We never sell your personal data. We never share your CV or hidden contact details with employers unless you explicitly choose to. We never use your private profile data to train public AI models.
Trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, AI processing) handle data only as needed to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
You can delete your account and data at any time; we complete deletion within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. Leaving the talent pool removes your public profile promptly. Under the PDPL you may also request a copy of your data, corrections, and withdrawal of consent. Email support@parwazio.com; we respond within 30 days.
Encrypted connections, access controls, secure credential storage. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we notify you as the law requires.
Parwazio is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older.
Updates are posted here with a new date; significant changes are notified by email.
