These Terms of Use govern your use of Parwazio. Built for trust, transparency, and fair collaboration across the Gulf.
Parwazio ("we", "our") is an independent career platform built and operated by Umar Farooq (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) and Waqas Mehmood (Peshawar, Pakistan). We are a team in the early stages of our journey, not yet a registered company, and we are building Parwazio into the most trusted career resource for the Gulf. We are not a recruitment agency, visa service, law firm, or government body. We build information, tools, candidate visibility, and job listings; hiring decisions always remain between candidates and employers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Parwazio platform.
Keep your login credentials safe. One account per person. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us at support@parwazio.com and we will help secure it.
We keep Parwazio trustworthy together. Please do not: break the law through the platform; post false profiles, fake jobs, or misleading listings; scrape or harvest candidate data; misrepresent who you are; or use the platform to spam, harass, or defraud others. Employers: listings that ask candidates to pay fees are removed immediately.
Joining the talent pool is your choice. By joining, you let employers discover your profile. You control what is visible, and you can leave or delete your profile at any time. Your contact details stay hidden until you decide to share them with an employer. We highlight strong profiles to give great candidates the visibility they deserve. Featuring reflects profile quality, not a promise of employer contact. Employers: candidate data is for genuine hiring purposes only. Scraping, reselling, or misusing it ends your access.
We curate listings carefully and remove scams and fakes when found, but with thousands of listings we cannot personally verify each one. Treat every opportunity with normal professional caution. Your employment relationship is directly with the employer. Parwazio provides the meeting ground, not the contract. If any listing asks for money, banking details, or OTP codes, stop and report it to support@parwazio.com. Real employers never do this.
Our AI interview coach and job recommendation tools are designed to help you prepare smarter and discover fitting roles. AI answers are generated automatically. They are usually helpful but can occasionally be wrong, so verify anything critical. Please do not enter passwords, ID numbers, or banking details into AI chats. AI assists with ranking and recommendations, but featuring and hiring decisions involve our team and employers, not machines alone.
Your CVs, profiles, and uploads belong to you. By using Parwazio you allow us to store, process, and display them to run the service for you, including talent pool visibility if you opt in. We never sell your content.
Our guides, research, designs, and tools are ours (or used with permission and credited). Share our links freely; please do not republish large portions without asking us first.
We work hard to keep Parwazio accurate, current, and safe, as described in Our Accuracy Promise. The platform is provided 'as is': we cannot be responsible for decisions you make based on its content, for the actions of employers or candidates you meet through it, or for outcomes like hiring, visas, or salaries. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited accordingly.
